The Alpha Juniors classes offer a dynamic and enjoyable environment where young athletes thrive. With a fast-paced approach, participants set goals and immerse themselves in learning brand new concepts such as the Dribble Hand Off, Pick and Roll, and defensive communication. Film sessions provide valuable insights, while exhibition games against other teams foster growth and friendly competition within the class. (120 minutes)
